Adil Micro · Embedded and mobile · In development

Small footprint. Useful local intelligence.

Offline-first intelligence for devices that do real work.

Adil Micro is designed for constrained environments where reliability, low resource use and predictable behaviour matter. Its default direction is deterministic task execution, with optional language generation added only where it proves useful.

Two complementary paths

Deterministic first. Generative when justified.

Development concept

Micro-D — Deterministic

For explicit commands, validation, routing and structured application workflows. Business rules and permissions remain authoritative; AI is not allowed to invent an approved action.

Development concept

Micro-G — Gated generation

An optional compact language component for narrowly scoped text interaction, subject to device limits and independent quality checks.

Micro-D and Micro-G are development concepts, not public software downloads.

Intended environments

  • Android handheld terminals
  • Point-of-sale devices
  • Kiosks and customer-service terminals
  • Local business applications
  • Selected embedded Linux and ARM deployments in later phases Later

Design priorities

Engineered for constrained hardware.

  • CPU-first ARM64 execution
  • Offline operation for approved local tasks
  • Strict bounds for memory and context
  • Structured outputs and independent validation
  • Private device-local processing
  • Small, verifiable runtime and model packages
  • Optional hardware acceleration only after a validated CPU baseline

Research objective Target note: A 128–256 MB runtime memory envelope is an exploratory objective for selected Micro configurations, not a measured compatibility guarantee. Device capability will determine whether a generative option is viable.

Use case example

A local command, safely interpreted.

An employee asks a POS terminal to hold an order. An approved workflow interprets the request, checks the user's authority and lets the POS application make the final state change. Where language generation adds no value, the deterministic path handles the task directly.

FAQ

Does Micro require internet?
The intended local feature set is designed to work offline once installed. Online services, if added to a host application, remain separate.
Can Micro run on every Android phone?
No compatibility list has been approved. ARM64 is the first Android development focus.
Can I download it?
Not yet; public release and SDK availability have not been announced.
